Our conference and meeting rooms are optimised to ensure the success of congresses, meetings with creative formats, large events, presentations, company meetings, symposiums, conferences, conventions or small concerts.

The setting is unhurried and timeless. This characteristic biorhythm is of incalculable value, and critical to the success of strategic decision-making. People who pass through our doors find a historic and uniquely charming environment which promotes reflection and inspiration.
The Basilica of the Sanctuary is a project that exemplifies the synthesis of the arts as it draws together many aesthetic endeavours and artistic greats: Javier Sáenz de Oiza, Luis Laorga, Jorge Oteiza, Eduardo Chillida, Nestor Basterretxea, Lucio Muñoz, Xavier Álvarez de Eulate and Xabier Egaña. Gandiaga topagunea
The Gandiaga building opened its doors in 2005. At the request of the Arantzazu Franciscans, this project is the work of the architects Miguel Ángel Alonso del Val and Rufino Javier Hernández Minguillón. Cut into the hillside, it is built on the site of former seminary, and blends into the landscape like a succession of volumes of rock climbing ever upwards. The project was one of the candidates for the 2007 COAVN Award in the 'Urban and Landscape Design' category. 2020 marks 15 years since the building was inaugurated, and with the start of the Arantzazulab project we have refurbished many spaces and upgraded several of its facilities. In homage to the Franciscan poet Bitoriano Gandiaga (1928-2001), this building is called Gandiaga Topagunea.
