In 2021 we launched the co-creation ecosystem. Arantzazulab is building, together with different <\/span><\/b>stakeholders<\/span><\/b> in the Basque Country, a space to connect knowledge and create new ways of doing. Currently, two experiments are already underway, and on 13<\/span><\/b>th<\/span><\/b> of<\/span><\/b> July we will hold the fourth <\/span><\/b>gathering<\/span><\/b> of the co-creation ecosystem.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was in July 2021 that we launched the co-creation ecosystem. Under the social innovation approach promoted by Arantzazulab (Collaborative Governance and Innovation in Governance for transformation) the co-creation ecosystem has a double objective:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To connect co-creation spaces, knowledge and <\/span>stakeholders<\/span> in the Basque Country to <\/span>connect knowledge,<\/span> share <\/span>resources<\/span> and discuss <\/span>lessons learned<\/span> together. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. To <\/span>facilitate<\/span> spaces for experimentation <\/span>in order to<\/span> promote creativity and generate new knowledge. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Between 2021 and 2022, different actions have been carried out: 3 working sessions have been organised, the Co-Creation Experiments Competition has been promoted and two experiments have been set up <\/span>which<\/span> have arisen from the competition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    In the first meeting,<\/a> we <\/span>worked on<\/span> the objective of the ecosystem, the theory of change, the roles of the participants, as well as key definitions.<\/strong> The following report<\/a> captures the above-mentioned information. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    In the second working session,<\/a> we reflected on and <\/span>captured knowledge<\/span> about <\/span>the structural elements of co-creation<\/strong>. The issues that were explored in depth are available in this report<\/a>. We also presented the Co-Creation Experiment Competition. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Based on the strategic axes of the approach to social innovation promoted by Arantzazulab – innovation in collaborative governance and governance for transformation – the Co-Creation Experiments Competition<\/a>, which opened in October, aims to create new knowledge and new ways of doing <\/span>through<\/span> bold experiments <\/span>in<\/span> collaboration between different <\/span>stakeholders<\/span>. In turn, the competition ultimately aims to contribute to the vision of the co-creation ecosystem: the co-creation of the public agenda between <\/span>citizens<\/span>, <\/span>organised society<\/span> and public institutions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Twelve proposals were received<\/strong> and two were selected<\/a>:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
